This includes the name of your internet service provider, your browser type or the resolution of your screen, as well as information as to which page of our website you visit and which pages you view. These data are often non personal data. In addition, your computer generally gives your IP address to us. In principle, we do not use this information. a) Cookies
In the future, we want to offer our services as personalized as possible and to continuously improve them in order to offer you relevant information. For this reason we make partial use of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are generated by a web server and stored on your computer during the online visit using the applied web browser.
Namgrass uses analysis tools from the external tracking providers mentioned under point b, where cookies are used to store an unambiguous ID of the visitor and a timestamp with the beginning and end of the current session as files. With the stored ID of the visitor the behaviour of the user can be registered. You can change your browser settings so that you are informed before cookies are placed. You can refuse the placing of cookies in the settings of your browser or mobile device. In certain cases, the refusal of cookies can technically lead to a limitation of the functionality. We therefore advise you to allow the reception of cookies on your computer when you visit the Namgrass website.

Our website also uses Google Remarketing. This tool places cookies on your device to show your personalized ads. These ads take into account your previous visits to the website. Below, under Google Analytics point b, you will find more information about what Google can do with the collected information. Additional information can be found via the following link.
The Google Remarketing tool uses the Google Display Advertising network.
You can always disable these cookies in your browser settings, via the following Google link.

b) Analysis tools
In order to organize and optimize our website, data are anonymously stored by analysis tools. User profiles with a pseudonym are created. For this purpose use can be made of cookies that make it possible to recognize an internet browser. However, user profiles are not linked to data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the explicit consent of the visitor. In particular, IP addresses are made unrecognizable immediately after entry, making it impossible to link user profiles to IP addresses.

We use analysis tools from Google Analytics. This web analysis service, which is offered by Google Inc., uses analytical cookies. The information collected via the cookies about the use of the website by a visitor is sent to Google together with the IP address of that visitor. This information is stored by Google.
For example, Google can use that information for the following:
• Deliver reports on ad activity to advertisers and websites that host the ads and ensure that those website publishers are paid.
• Help to understand website and app owners who use Google Analytics how visitors interact with their sites or apps.
• Detect and combat fraud and other security risks to protect users and partners.
• Improve her products.

For all these activities except for point 2, Google acts as the controlling and processing agent of the data that it collects about your use on the Namgrass website, and is therefore the responsible agent.
If you do not want Google Analytics to be used in your browser, you can install the browser add-on for Google Analytics. More information about Google Analytics and privacy.
If you're signed in to your Google Account, depending on your account settings, you can view and edit certain data that Google collects from your visited sites and apps.
Incognito mode in Chrome allows you to browse the web without recording web pages and files in your browsing history. Cookies are removed after you close all incognito windows and tabs. Your bookmarks and settings are saved until you delete them.
With Ads settings you can manage which ads from Google you see on the internet. You can discover how ads are selected for you, opt out of ad personalization, and block specific advertisers. More information about ads.

In addition, we also use a Facebook Pixel. This is an image that is not visible to you and which is included on the pages of our website and which is stored on the servers of Facebook. Every time you open a page from our site where the Facebook pixel is included, this pixel is downloaded to your device from that Facebook server. The following information is provided to Facebook: your IP address and the specific features of your device (for example: type, operating system, specific software and hardware).
While we cannot link this information to you personally, Facebook can do this if you also have a profile on Facebook. Facebook acts as the controller for this. We therefore invite you to consult the privacy policy of Facebook to take note of the purposes (including advertising purposes) for which the browser information that Facebook collects is used.
We receive from Facebook ourselves only statistical information and not your personal data.
If you do not wish to receive certain advertisements, you can adjust your advertising preferences in your personalized Facebook page. Finally, via the settings of your mobile device, you can also indicate that this information cannot be communicated to third parties.
